30 years ago, our local clients asked us to provide grass-fed livestock as meat animals. Initially they would stop by the farm, pick the animal of their choice then coordinate to have it transported to a butcher. Because the entire procedure to process each animal was often more expensive than the cost of the animal and took weeks to coordinate – transportation, slaughtering, ageing, debonning, cutting and packaging -, we decided to offer our assistance by directly coordinating this process on their behalf with State approved and inspected processing facilities.

Now our clients use our website to complete ordering and payment process.  We coordinate delivery of all customer orders usually within one to three weeks from time of ordering. Because we provide only limited number of livestock on weekly basis, we are able to take the time and offer custom processing, clients can let us know their preferences at time of checkout or simply use the menu selection options to choose size, price, and cutting options at time of ordering.  

Ranch2Fork works with Gyms to promote healthy diet of grass-fed beef, as well as many coop groups who purchase few or several cattle at a time to split among their members. We only coordinate for “halal” method of processing, it is the healthiest and most humane way to process animals, we highly recommend it to everyone.

Expansion in 2026

Facing a dilemma, on one hand the business is increasing steadily as consumers are demanding healthy and natural beef free from hormones and antibiotics, on the other hand, farmland is disappearing right before our eyes in Southern California, while processing facilities are shutting down at an alarming rate causing significant logistical bottleneck.   

Fortunately, we have started our Florida operation six years ago in Central Florida, perhaps the very last region in the country with 55 inches of annual rainfall, plenty of year-round lush grass, inexpensive farmland, and great warm weather for cattle to enjoy living happily on pastures without needing buildings, sheds, or feedlots.

Starting December 2025, all Grass Fed beef provided by Ranch2Fork are processed in USDA facilities meeting the highest standards and exceeding your expectations. Home or Business Delivery service is offered standard and free of charge to all S. CA local customers, nominal fee is charged to customers outside free delivery zone.

The business has also expanded its pickup service from our new cold warehouses in Stockton CA, Portland OR, Phoenix AZ, and Salt Lake UT.  Additionally, shipping service is now offered to any business address within 1200 miles from Southern California.
