Financial Data
We do not ask or keep any of your financial data and hold no responsibility to your credit card information. Our website will automatically patch you directly to the credit card processors who are set up with robust and secure means to collect and process your credit card or bank payments.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. these Terms and Conditions, mean any user of our Sites. Ranch2Fork reserves the right to update its policy, products, and conditions without customer approval or consent. Your Consent to these Terms and Conditions
Terms of Sale
Eden Farms is a ranch operation and only sells livestock and other farm products in various forms such as fresh, bulk, and dried fruits. Eden Farms does not sell meat, nor permits the use of its facilities to slaughter, process, age, or package meat. In the event you wish to purchase livestock to consume as meat, you can either pickup livestock from our facilities and take full responsibility to transport it to any destination of your choice, or you agree to appoint us as your agent to coordinate on your behalf the transportation of your livestock to a reputable State approved processing facilities to process your livestock. Performing such service as your agent is entirely conducted as a free of charge courtesy service to you. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Eden Farms be liable for the performance of the processing facilities. Eden Farms reserve the right to refuse offering this free courtesy service at any time, as well as reserve the right to refuse the sale of livestock or fruits to anyone.
All sales are final, absolutely no refunds for all perishable items and / or live animals such as: perishable fruits, nuts, dried fruits,
and other products offered as part of our gift baskets or platters, and live animals. Eden Farms is not responsible in any way for spoilage after products are shipped, delivered, or picked up directly from our ranch, nor responsible for any problems with live animal purchases including but not limited to death of an animal. In the event an animal was purchased by customer and death occurs prior to time of pickup while animal is still at Eden Farms facilities, customer will be fully responsible not only for balance of payment, but also for additional disposal charges. In the event packages are not opened or consumed after an extended time, then products are spoiled, this will be the sole responsibility of customer. On the other hand, Eden Farms is committed to customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to resolve any problems.
In the event customer is unable to pickup his / her purchase from our facilities on the date of pickup as per verbal or written notification, customer shall
have up to 3 days to arrange for pickup, otherwise may incur $10 per day feed and handling charge per animal for all orders of livestock. If live animal is not picked up within 15 days from the original notification of availability and pickup date, customer hereby agrees to make full payment including any remaining balance due and all applicable charges including feed charges. If customer does not pickup order of processed livestock at time of pickup, transfer charges maybe incurred to deliver order to cold storage up to $150. Additional cold storage charges will also be incurred up to $25 / day. Eden Farms reserves the right to dispose, auction, donate, or do what it thinks is best for all uncollected animals after 15 days from the pickup date should customer continue to refuse picking up their order.
In the event full payment was not received, customer hereby agrees to pay all legal fees, 3% monthly interest on all unpaid balances, pre-trial court fees and all collection fees up to 100% of original unpaid balance for any collection charges incurred to collect full payment.
In the event of any circumstances which causes a customer dissatisfaction after receiving order, customer is encouraged to contact our customer service, send a written notice to Services@Ranch2Fork.com email account listing any concerns. Ranch2Fork will do its utmost to resolve any dispute, respond in writing and timely. Customers are prohibited to engage in slander, misleading and false online posts, online targeting, and cyberbullying against Ranch2Fork, its operation, services, products, staff, and management. If a customer engages in such conduct, customer agrees to pay all pretrial charges, all legal and trial charges incurred by Ranch2Fork, as well as agree to pay all judgments, penalties, and punitive damages. Customer hereby accepts in this agreement to commit all of his / her personal or shared assets to cover such judgment, fees, and damages.
Eden Farms reserves the right to deliver larger or different livestock for customer order, for example if customer order 800 pounds beef which maybe sold out at time of the order, Eden Farms may provide at its sole discretion an entire larger size beef, or a portion of a much larger size beef as a substitute, so long the net weight delivered is consistent or greater than original order.
Organic Farming
Eden Farms follows healthy organic practices, never used pesticides on fruit trees since the inception of the ranch back in
1996 to date. While Eden Farms chooses not to participate in the organic certification program, it remains committed to the
highest standards in organic farming, and in the production of by products such as honey, jam, dry fruits, gift baskets.
