This year Zabiha in the Box – Charity is distributed in Africa, NOT to local Islamic Centers food banks as in prior years. Everything is coordinated for you, simply select the number of Zabiha Charity you wish to order, if your order is for quantity 7, or multiples of 7 (if you are a large group or Islamic Center), we will automatically designate and allocate an entire Cow to fill your order of each 7 shares. If you order is for 1 – 6 Zabiha, we will allocate either a lamb or a goat for your order. If you order is for a random number such as 9, then we will allocate one cow and two goats or sheep.
The proper traditions will be followed, halal slaughter immediately after Eid Prayers, tentatively scheduled on June 6, 2025. The name listed on the order will be announced at time of slaughter on your behalf. If there are multiple names, please provide the total names during checkout in the order notes. Also let us know in the “order notes” if you wish to receive a short video of the slaughter with your name announced, simply write “Send Video”
There are limited number of Zabiha allocated to this program, based on prior experience, those who wait to last minute often cannot find any, or there is a price premium as it takes significant efforts to coordinate and plan for a smooth operation. We suggest you place your order NOW for peace of mind.
