Here is a quick recipe for the most amazing burgers: Put in a food processor a large onion, bundle of fresh Italian Parsley, bundle of fresh Cilantro, and a hand full of fresh mint leaves, chop into fine mix and add to 1 1/2 lbs of Ranch2Fork ground lamb, and 1 1/2 lbs of Ranch2Fork ground beef, mix all together, add some seasonings (salt, pepper, saffron if available).
